Job Description
Position Title: Customer Care Associate

Reporting Manager: Senior Sales officer

Primary Function

Provide guidance to customers at their residence and help them explore various available finish and color options.

Essential Functions & Responsibilities

 Help and guide customers in their residence by explaining different product and finish options.

 Help to generate leads/clients through market visits.

 Explain to customers the various services rendered in the store and direct customers to appropriate sections for expert help

 Interact with contractors who execute the painting services at Customers residence.

 Willingness to work in a retail environment and engage with clients across age and income groups for 8.5 hours a day and 6 days in a week

 Follow grooming and etiquette standards at all times while on duty

 Develop a healthy working environment for co-workers and effectively contribute in any team-based tasks

 Documentation and timely submission of daily reports

 Discipline in adherence to work timings

 2-wheeler required

 Based out of dealer shop

Knowledge & Skill

 Graduate (Any stream) with minimum 50%

 The graduation must be through a full time, regular day course, MBA Degree is preferred

 Engineers will not be considered

 Age: Less than 25 years

 Applicants should be Indian Citizens or hold relevant residence status

 Gender – Male

 Excellent communication and people skills

 Orientation to engage with customers and deliver a delightful customer experience

 Fluency in English, Hindi and Regional languages

CCA : Salary will be 11,800 in hand + 2500 fuel allowances + 700 Mobile Charges (In touch with Contractors, Architects & builders & generally get repeat & regular customer influencers onboarded) – Off Role
