Our client is a multinational company headquartered in France.
The company specializes in outsourced omnichannel customer experience management, also known as Business Process Outsourcing (BPO).

1) Positions- : Technical Support/ Non Technical Support
“International Voice/ Non Voice/ Customer/Email Support”

Locations: Indore/Jaipur

Salary: 2-3 Lakhs pa

Qualification: Undergrad / Grad/Post Grad/ BE/BTech

Experience: Fresher Or Experienced

KEY SKILLS:
Good Communication Skills
- Intermediate knowledge of MS Office suite, include Excel
-Good Customer service & interpersonal Skills
- Ability to Multi task
- Good Typing Speed (25-30 w.p.m.)

For Technical Support Associate knowledge of Sound Technical Knowledge of DNS & Web Hosting

Basic knowledge of Perl, CHI, HTML, Java & e-commerce will be an added advantage.

2) Line Of Business - International Voice Customer Support Profile
 Location â€" Indore
 Salary: 2 lacs to 2.6 lacs pa

3) Technical Support Engineer â€" MicroSoft Azure Certified.

Location: Indore

Salary: 3.5-4.5 lacs pa

Job Description:

Configured and deployed VM's in the ARM Portal.
Implemented Availability Set in the VM's.•
Extensions deployment in the Vm's.•
Network security group configuration according to the requirements.•

Vnet configuration and deployment.•
Configured and Implemented Vnet to Vnet and Point to site connection establishment.•
Installing and configuring web app in the Azure Portal.•

Deployed and Implemented Azure AD and Maintained users by providing Single sign on for the Required apps.•
Establishment of connection between on premises AD and Azure using AD connect.•

Excellent verbal and written communication skills, as well as strong analytical and problemsolving
Desired Candidate Profile
Technical Support Engineer with experience within a BPO in Microsoft Support and Azure.
Certification with Azure a huge plus.
