Job Description
Contact potential or existing customers to inform them about a product or service
Advises present or prospective customers by answering incoming calls on a rotating basis
Influence customers to buy or retain product or services
Answer questions about products of our company
Assist the Client During the Decision Making Process
Asking questions to understand the customer requirements for real estate
Generating Lead and direct prospects to the field sales team when needed
Enter and update customer information in the database
Take and process orders in an accurate manner
Handle grievances to preserve the company’s reputation
Go the "extra mile" to meet sales quota and facilitate future sales
Keep records of calls and sales and note useful information
Handling email communication for ensuring smooth customer service
Maintains quality service by following organization standards
Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed
Closely Follow-up Till the Conclusion of the Deal
