Job Description
Experience: 1-7yrs of experience.Candidates with prior experience in a client facing role primarily from the clinic help desk or from clinic operations.

Shift Timings: Rotational Shift(Morning+evening), 6 days working(Cabs would be provided for Odd timings)

Qualification: Graduate OR Undergraduate with excellent communication skills.

Job Responsibilities:

1. Facilitate a comfortable and delightful experience for patients and visitors.

2. Accurate billing along with proper counseling with regard to tariffs.

3. Check on patients registration and complete their formalities.

4. Providing excellent customer service as per hospital standards

5. Provide directions to the patients and attendees to the doctors and handling queries.

6. Maintain registration, admission, discharge and transfer protocols of the hospital

7. Extend and ensure warm and courteous service to all the patients, guests and employees of the Hospital

8. Have detailed information regarding admissions, their room requirements and expected discharges of the day

9. Ensure that every patient has a smooth and quick check-in with the doctors, with the aim of reducing the waiting hours.

10. Ensure all the complaints from the patients and attendees are handled delicately and informed to the In-charge

11. Informing Security Incharge / Manager Operations about any suspicious incidents or person.

12. Ensure that all patients correspondence, bills are filed and maintained systematically

13. Ensure all information are transmitted in time to all the patients regarding their appointment with the doctors

14. Answer all incoming calls for appointments and query from the patients and record the same

15. Ensure proper handover is done every day before the shift ends.

16. Provide and ensure patient delight relations. Receive and resolve complaints in a manner consistent with hospital policy.

17. Handing over cash, card receipts to the concerned person from the accounts department.

18. Collect OPD patients feedback and work out on suggestions provided by the patient visitors.

19. Should be able to handle all patients without bias or prejudice.

20. Adhere to strict staff grooming standards.

Job Requirements:

* Good verbal and written etiquette; Good communication skills

* Sound knowledge on clinical terminologies used in Health Care

* Listening skills to garner all the details about the patient

* Should possess good attitude so that the customer feels confident about getting his request for service/query addressed

* Should be able to build a good rapport with the customer so that it becomes easier to cater to the requirements

* Should be polite and should be able to pacify an irate/unhappy customer

* Should be flexible to work in rotational shifts
