Job Description
Corporate RM role entails acquiring/sourcing/retaining/expanding and developing relationships with key decision makers (CFOs, Financial Controller, Heads of Finance, etc. and not HRs, admins and facilities’ heads) of large/mid corporates with monthly and quarterly targets.

• It requires the candidate to do business development – arrange meetings, prepare pitches/decks, present it to corporates, manage follow-ups to sell our products and services.

• Be active in scouting corporate leads and converting them into meetings

• Ensure high level of customer service orientation and satisfaction

• Inform customers of new products or product enhancements to further expand the relationship.

• Plan and conduct special sales initiatives and events for prospective and existing clients.

• Maintains complete relationship record for assigned customer accounts.

• Tracks customer complaints/queries and turnaround times for customer satisfaction

Job Requirements

• Good years of experience as a Corporate RM with an established financial institution or mid/large corporate preferably with B2B sales experience.

• At-least a bachelor in any stream from recognized institutes. MBAs will be preferred.

• Must have an existing network of Corporate relationships from his previous stints. No freshers should apply.

• Ability to develop and maintain relationships with a select group of corporate customers along with retention responsibilities with monthly and quarterly targets.

• Good understanding of trade receivables business and products
