As a B2B Inside Sales Account Manager, your mission will be to sell Monster's cutting edge online recruitment solutions to our most admired clients. You should be highly motivated and talented sales person with a strong desire to learn and grow your skills while managing our clients. You will be responsible for all aspects of the end-to end sales.
As an Account Manager - B2B a typical day might include the following:
 Mapping client needs, analyzing the client's needs & proposing customized solutions for online Recruitment i.e. talent acquisition, branding etc.
 Pitching, selling & cross selling Monsters online Recruitment solutions to the decision makers in Placement Agencies and Consulting Firms.
 Manage complete sales cycle including complex sales situations & acquiring clients based on value based selling & solutions sales approach.
 Exhibiting account ownership beyond selling i.e. payment collection and transition to the next level.
 Undertaking activities related to Product Usage vis-a-vis product analysis on an ongoing basis.
 Closely monitoring the competitor activities and plan counter strategies.
 Managing volume and value based business.
