Job Description
We are compliance partner of Corporate, take care the statutory compliance of clients,urgently looking for Associate or Executive personnel ( Male candidate only ) for our operation based at Guwahati, Assam.

Responsibility :

1. To prepare various applications/forms under various Act (Shop/CLRA/Gratuity/PT/LWF) for Registration/renewal/amendment etc.
2. To apply for New Registrations/renewals/amendments under Shops & E Act with the necessary fees with in the due date and obtain the RC.
3. CLRA Act Registrations (Periodical amendments)
4. Registration/Licences under P-Tax/Trade Licenses / LWF.
5. To coordinate with Back office and arrange for display of abstracts & notices to each branch.
6. To keep the inspector visit book at each branch.
7. Inspection Handling - To coordinate with back office/CRM's to get the reply letters and registers (Handling Notices, Show cause, Prosecution, Bailable Warrants, Non Bailable Warrants)
8. To send Daily MIS about the routine day to day operations along with the RC copies etc. for update of MIS
9. To coordinate with the clients for routine operations (Inspections).
10. To have good rapport & Liaoning with the authority
11. To make all statutory remittances (PT/LWF), wherever necessary
12. To visit the branches as per the schedule and ensure the compliance status periodically on requirement.
13. To file the periodical returns within the due date.
14. To get approval for advance require for day to day operation from the immediate superior
15. To settle the advances within the stipulated time.
16. Filing the documents (RC copies/notices/replies/remittances/returns) appropriately.
17. To conduct the contractors audit and prepare the audits reports with the help of Manager.

Qualifications and Skills

Graduate in any discipline
Proficiency in English, Hindi and Local Language
Good communication skills, Good reading & learning skills
Previous work experience in HR is preferred / Payroll processing
Ready to travel
