Function as subject matter expert for Social Media; advising and implementing on best practices
Execute B2B social media posts for global and regional business units across all enterprise social accounts (LinkedIn, Facebook, Twitter etc).
Interface with external vendors and internal functional groups to execute agreed-upon plans and programs.
Monitor and analyze social media channels on-going basis to recommend and implement plan modifications as needed. Based on these learnings, act a Consultant to the Marketing team to maximize long term effectiveness of Social Media objectives
Collaboratively work within a highly matrixed global organization, to execute and advise on social media
Provide live social media support for key annual events
Support & encourage collaboration across businesses to ensure seamless implementation of customer-specific marketing messages and strategies across system/platform.
Develop, document, and ensure adherence to business rules, applied processes, programs, naming conventions and procedures.
Assist with Social listening/monitoring to understand brand reputation on social media, monitor for potential crisis situation, etc.
