Job Description
Candidate should have min 6months experience with Good English speaking Skills is required
Below profiles for your kind reference:-
1. Pasta Line Asst Cook
To prepare a wide variety of foods and Pasta main courses with diverse methods of preparation and to adhere to

product sensitivities and plate presentation.

2. Salad Line Asst Cook
To create fresh, hand-made products from the menu and to arrange attractive plate presentations.

To work shoulder to shoulder with the fry man to setup the fried burger according to product sensitivities and plate presentations

3. Desert Line Asst cook
To prepare all Dessert items from baking till presentation process and to adhere to product sensitivities and plate presentations.

To ensure that all food prepared meets Dazzle standard of excellence.

4. Expo in line Asst Cook
To call all orders to each line cook for preparation, to organize the orders and complete the orders with accompanying items and sauces.

5. Expo Out line Asst Cook
To maintain high standards of food quality to guarantee guest satisfaction by ensuring that orders are prepared and garnished properly before leaving the kitchen

To ensure that hot food is served hot, cold food is served cold and inferior products are never served

Maintains communication between BOH and FOH in a calm manner.

To ensure that all food prepared meets Dazzle standard of excellence.

6. Bakery Man Asst 
To prepare all Baked item from Brioche Bun to Potato Burger Bun and

Has the ability to create new baked items like coloured burger bun, Red, Black etc.

7. Prep Asst Cook 
To learn and become validated in one or all of the following prep area stations: Vegetable Prep Cook,

Cold Sauce Cook, Hot Sauce Cook and Meat/Cheese/Shrimp Prep Cook

8. Grill Asst Cook
To prepare grilled meats for burgers, prepare & set up different kind of beef burgers and to adhere to product sensitivities and plate presentations.

9. Fry Line cook
To prepare all fried foods and to adhere to product sensitivities and plate presentations.
