Roles & Responsibilities: - *Monitor Agent quality on daily basis and providing timely feedbacks to agents. *Develop & maintain quality reports. *Find out the errors and variance analysis. *Analyze data and identify issues/best practices. *Ensure adherence to all process guidelines and compliance matrices.
Candidate Profile- *Excellent verbal and written communication skills. *Flexible with 24/7 Environment. *Prior B2 level is MUST. *Salary up to 30,000 Per Month. *Location: Gurgaon only.

Complaints Management- addressing customer complaints at the branch, system updation, coordination with Sales/HUB/ other functions for resolution.
Refunds processing and dispatch
Undelivered policy documents tracking and management.
Maintenance of all files and registers.
New Business Processing:-
Handling end to end New business processing starting from creation of Client id,Case start up, New business login, Follow up for policy issuance, Quality Check
Follow up with HUB for policy issuance of pending cases
