Confirm customer understanding of the solution and provide additional customer education as needed.

Excellent English communication skills mandatory as work role involves call handling.
Flexible working in 24/7 shifts (5 days working, rotational week-offs).
Should have great interpersonal skills and ability to perform under pressure
Ability and willingness to learn & be dependable with proficient attention to detail
Rounds of interview:
HR Round (Telephonic / F2F).
Final Round Ops (Panel interview with Operations Manager & Technical Lead)- F2F or Skype (for outstation candidates ).
Internal tests : 1. Online Assessments & Written Test 2. Versant.
