·Minimum 5 - 7 years working experience in consulting environment/ shared service set up in FS/ Insurance domain.
·Experience in Change management, Lean, Continual Improvement and Operational Excellence Initiatives
·Good exposure to operations management and Project Management
·Exposure to multi-cultural and dynamic work environment
·Post-Graduation in Business management with certification in change management and process improvement (preferred)
·Able to make decisions within the parameters of the role and explain the business rationale behind decisions, demonstrating a methodical/rational process for decisions.
·Structured/well organised with strong analytical skills and problem solving attitude
·Confident in engaging courageously, challenging constructively and voicing opinions to find solutions
·Active listening skills, able to remove any barriers by communicating and collaborating with other team members, effectively managing and resolving conflict
·Demonstrates passion to perform, by stepping up and taking personal responsibility and inspiring others through enthusiasm and commitment
·Applies influencing strategies to build compelling cases that engages and inspires others to support specific goals, actions and directions
·Sets priorities with an appropriate sense of what is most important, and plans with a realistic sense of the demand required
·Able to integrate and balance'' big-picture'' concerns (i.e. overall themes, trends, goals) with day-to-day activities
·Results oriented, willing to drive change, innovative and be proactive
·"Complex Systems" perspective on organizations – resulting in holistic approaches and initiatives based on a strong foundation in "Continuous Improvement"
