Content translation: Translate content written in English and Hindi to Gujarati. Content writing: Write original content for the app in Gujarati. Management: Manage a team of 4-5 content translators/writers who will be developing content in regional languages. Quality checks: Review the content translated by your team of freelancers to ensure that it matches our content writing guidelines. Recruitment & Mentoring: Youll be responsible for hiring more freelancers in the language you are expert in. Coach, mentor and develop new hires, including overseeing their onboarding. Tracking: Ensure all tasks stay on track to meet deadlines; re-allocate team resources to meet deadlines and re-prioritize as necessary. Weekly reports: Send weekly summary emails to communicate progress on the task assigned. Identify trending content concepts and tools both in and off platform.
