Job Description
Maintain design standards and provide coaching and feedback to ensure adherence

and consistency

 Co-own success of our strategy for object-oriented sharing to allow reuse of materials.

 Review and revise content based on feedback from internal and client reviewers or

stakeholders, resolve conflicting feedback 

 Brief and coach the instructional designers and content developers in completing the

detailed design

 Manage small teams and/or work efforts

Required Technical and Professional Expertise

 Minimum 2+ years of experience in Instructional design of Learning modules (preferably

academic content)

 Understands and applies learning performance technologies and training

methodologies to gather requirements, evaluate options, design, develop, and/or

deliver learning solutions

 Experience with gamification, adult learning and video execution

 Experience in proprietary tools like Captivate, Lectora, Storyline, and Flash

 Extensive experience in developing, reviewing and delivering different training product types

like WBTs, ILTs, application simulations, job aids, quick reference guides and new-age

learning interventions like gamification, social learning, mobile learning, learning technology

etc.

 High level of motivation and a strong desire to find creative solutions to challenging

situations
