Night Shift (US Shift) - 6PM (IST) - 3AM (IST)
Cab will be provided by the Company.

- Identifying the names of target companies based on the criterion provided
- Identifying the name and titles of decision makers within those companies
- Consolidating data from multiple sources and use of advance excel features
- Researching and finding out the direct dial information for the identified prospects
- Browsing through internet and identifying companies who would be interested in IT solutions for various details such as contact person, email Id & phone number of prospective clients.
- Experience of working in a B2B process in IT services.
- Discover the information hidden in vast amounts of data, and help us make smarter decisions to deliver even better Services.
Desired Candidate Profile:
- 3+ yrs of experience in Contact discover process
- Excellent knowledge of advanced excel features.
Usage and creation of sophisticated excel formulas, creating look up tables
-Must be willing to work in Night Shift (US Shift) - 6PM (IST) - 3AM(IST)
-Experience in B2B process in IT services will be preferable.

Job Description :
To ensure customer service and support all operations. To create customer delight at every interaction.
Interacting with external customers and internal customers and addressing their queries, requests and complaints.
Committed TATs are met consistently
Complaints Management- addressing customer complaints at the branch, system updation, coordination with Sales/HUB/ other functions for resolution.
Refunds processing and dispatch
Undelivered policy documents tracking and management.
Maintenance of all files and registers.
New Business Processing:-
Handling end to end New business processing starting from creation of Client id,Case start up, New business login, Follow up for policy issuance, Quality Check
Follow up with HUB for policy issuance of pending cases
