we looking Contact Centre Executive

Job Location: Ahmedabad

Salary: up to 2


Specific Responsibilities:

1. Candidate should have background of telecalling from leading NBFC/Banking industry

2. Control delinquency and manage collections for all the overdue clients by calling the customers rigorously

3. Need to build strong customer relationship

4. Ensure regular follow up with the delinquent customers

5. Knowledge of basics of MS Excel is preferred

Preferred Profile:

1. Preferred is female candidate

2. Prior experience of Telecalling in Banking/NBFC industry

3. Self-driven, Honest/Loyal/ creative and organized

4. Good communication

5. Self-motivated, willing to take initiatives and learn

6. Ambitious, agile and result oriented
