Reporting Relationship Consumer Sales Manager

As a Consumer Sales Advisor a typical day might include the following:

• Interacting with potential job seekers to provide cutting edge online Recruitment Solutions through Telesales initiative in assigned region.

• Develop a database of qualified leads through outbound calls to generate sales.

• Understanding and assessing candidates’ requirements and, explain key product benefits.

• Manage complex sales situations & acquire candidates. Following complete sales cycle and ensuring payment collection.

• Will be responsible for seeker sales the assigned territory through telesales.
