Job Description

We are urgently looking out for Consumer Care Specialist  (Email Support).

Job Profile:

Handling customer queries via email.

Managing complaints of the customer through emails.

Getting resolve the complaints of customers through follow up with Stake Holders and concern department.

Needs to call for closure of complaints.

Desired candidate profile:

Good communication (Verbal and Written).

Should have experience of email handling.

Education: Graduate/ HSC

Experience: Min 1 to 2 years in same field.
