CBU focuses on Business & IT engagements for top clients (across Retail, CPG, Travel & Media sectors) around the world covering areas such as digital experience & commerce, omni-channel & supply chain, logistics & transportation, sales & marketing, product management and analytics Job Summary Wipro is looking to hire a Consulting Partner based out of London, UK. The role holder must have diversified experience across industry clients specific to CBU. The role holder should focus on building new business and engaging with clients to grow existing business streams. The Consulting Partner is expected to shape, lead and drive consulting engagements that lead to downstream opportunities.  Responsibilities Growth & Margins: Defining account specific business growth strategy built on domain consulting strengths. Focus on growing the domain competency with higher billing rates and margins. Help in creating new business opportunities & new business wins (revenue and order value)  Consulting Delivery: The partner would act in a sell & deliver mode for key engagements through the year and would be expected to be partially billed while working towards achieving broader growth objectives Partnerships: Build and nurture partnerships with key client business stakeholders. Drive pro -active pitches leveraging right fit domain and digital offerings to guide client’s transformation initiatives  Branding/Thought leadership: Improve Wipro’s positioning as a thought-leader among clients and market eco-system (analysts, advisors, industry events) People management: responsible for hiring/nurturing top talent in consulting across various industry verticals and across Europe geo.
