• Evaluating clients current recruitment needs and reviewing requirement received from clients. • Sourcing candidates from database of job site, Referrals, Drafting of Advertisement, mass mailing, social networking. • Headhunting- identifying prospective candidates. • Cold-calling prospective employees. • Drafting and advertising the job requirements of the clients in various HR databases. • Conduct regular follow-up with client to determine the effectiveness of recruiting plans and implementation. • Research and recommend new sources for active and passive candidate recruiting. • Collecting feedback from candidates who have attended interviews. • Maintaining relationship with the candidates previously placed.

Handling end to end New business processing starting from creation of Client id,Case start up, New business login, Follow up for policy issuance, Quality Check
Follow up with HUB for policy issuance of pending cases
