Responsibilities- - An expert contributing to different phases of the development lifecycle of an Integration Project.,- Has an important role in the architecture, design and building of complex integration components using Oracle Fusion Middleware.,- Guide junior members on project processes and deliverables. ,- Contribute to the proposal response, scope estimation and internal capability building. ,- Shape value-added solutions that enable our clients to meet the changing needs of their global landscape.
Technical and Professional Requirements- Min 5 Years of experience in Oracle Fusion Middleware based technologies like SOA Suite,OSB, OBPM, Oracle ADF and Oracle Data Integrator, Strong conceptual knowledge and experience in XML/ XSD/ X Query/ XSLT, WSDL, and Service Oriented Architecture , Ability to develop and deploy SOA components using BPEL, OSB, ODI and ADF components., Rapid prototyping experience using SOA components on Weblogic platform, Experience in FMW 11g to 12c migrations, Location of posting is subject to business requirements.

Complaints Management- addressing customer complaints at the branch, system updation, coordination with Sales/HUB/ other functions for resolution.
Refunds processing and dispatch
Undelivered policy documents tracking and management.
Maintenance of all files and registers.
New Business Processing:-
Handling end to end New business processing starting from creation of Client id,Case start up, New business login, Follow up for policy issuance, Quality Check
Follow up with HUB for policy issuance of pending cases
