Job Description
• Basic Knowledge of Computer.

• Advanced Knowledge of Tally.

• M.S Office, Excel, Power points.

• Compiling, verifying accuracy and sorting information to prepare source data for computer entry.

• Entering data from source documents within time limits.

• Review data for any deficiencies or errors and correct the same, as per the possibility.

• Research and obtain further information for incomplete documents such that same can be completed or finalized.

• Apply data program techniques and procedures

• Generate reports, store completed work in designated locations and perform backup operations

• Perform other works such as scanning documents and print files, as and when required.

• Keep information confidential.

• Respond to queries for information and access relevant files.

Ensure proper use of office equipment and address any malfunction.
