Job Description
Dear Applicant,

We are urgently looking for V&A Trainer with 2-3 years of experience from International BPO industry.

Job Summary:

We are on the hunt for an experienced communications trainer to help our employees develop
their communications skills to provide exceptional customer service to our customers. Your goal
as the communications trainer will be to conduct informative training sessions, promote
company efficiency, and improve the skills of all personnel.

The ideal candidate should be a great communicator with the ability to effectively describe

complicated ideas to different audiences. You must be highly organized, proficient in time

management, and possess excellent public speaking skills.


 Collaborate with management to identify company training needs.

 Schedule appropriate training sessions.

 Stay updated with best training methods and modules.

 Plan and implement an effective training curriculum.

 Supervise training budgets.

 Prepare hard copy training materials such as module summaries, videos, and

 Train and guide new and existing employees.

 Monitor calls and share feedback on CTQ parameters.

 Should train all employees on V&A and soft skills in a batch-wise manner.

 Review training needs on a monthly basis.

 Should report on day to day time utilization.

 Should be willing to travel to Bangalore office to conduct training and on need basis.

 Coaching the bottom quartile and showing an improvement in call & email quality.

 Taking sessions and hurdles regarding call/email quality

 Develop monitoring systems to ensure that all employees are performing the job
responsibilities according to training.

 Continuously schedule and perform pre and post-training assessments.

Specific Qualifications:

 Graduate and above.

 Knowledge on US culture.

 Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.

 Minimum of 2 years of proven experience in a trainer position.

 Solid knowledge of the latest corporate training techniques.

 Excellent time management and organizational skills

 Well versed in Soft Skill, V&A and training methodologies

 Must have worked as a voice & Accent Trainer [International Process]

Communication Skills

 Must demonstrate strong oral, written, and interpersonal communication skills.

 Able to lead and facilitate productive meetings with a wide variety of people.

 Must perform duties in a self-directed manner with minimal supervision or direction.

 Must demonstrate the ability to identify issues of conflicts and manage situations.

 Must demonstrate the ability to work independently and prioritize multiple objectives in a
rapidly changing environment.
