Manage and co-ordinate all communications for aXess Labs and Academy to specified groups
Increase effectiveness in decision making by being an advisor for the heads
Ensure right visibility & positioning of team within the larger organisation; drive service orientation & culture within the team & position /market the team as service providers & partners of choice
Develop communications strategies/plans and key messages
Support for preparation of various strategy packs for management
Plan and drive initiatives to support business priorities. Develop, support and track media campaigns and activities, and related materials
Be a catalyst on Change Initiatives
Organise and run hackathons, ideation summits etc
Work with several internal and external stakeholders
Identify stakeholders for Change initiatives, derive initial plan and sustain traction through regular management meetings
Consolidation review and refinement of information required from various stakeholders
Co-ordinate show cases, event planning
Awareness and understanding of the regulatory framework in which the Group operates and the regulatory requirements and expectations relevant to the role
Act quickly and decisively when any risk and control weakness becomes apparent and ensure they are addressed within an appropriate timeframe and, if necessary, escalated through the relevant committees
Maintain relationship with Group Internal Audit / External Audits for firm-wide / integrated / platform specific audits.
