Job Description
Job Responsibilities – 

Deliver Training sessions for New Hire Trainees associates to enhance their communication skills

Develop action plans for the bottom quarterly and ensure they move up the learning curve

Monitor & Coaching of agents on Voice and Accents (Pronunciations, Syllable stress etc.), Grammar, Culture

Conducting Voice Assessments Hiring

Participate in calibrations to ensure consistent scoring & feedback delivery approach 

Key Skills: Key Skills: 

Floor Support experience preferred

Require Communication Trainer (not process or product trainer)

Shift – US shift so candidate has to be open for shifts and 5 days working with Saturday and Sunday off... 6PM to 3 AM

Mandatory: Excellent communication skills..Well versed in Soft Skills & Voice and Accents Training methodologies..avoid the candidates from Sohna Road , south city-2, Basai Road, Manesar, Rajendra Park, New Palam Vihar, Bajgera as there is transportation problem.

Experience: Min 2 years’ experience in Communication Trainer in BPO sector in International process(US & UK But 90% US process).. Should have prior experience on papers as V&A Trainer (International Processes Only US/UK/Both)

Job Location: Silokhera -Gurgaon

Working Days: 5 days (6PM to 3 AM)

Reporting to: Ass Manager

Qualification: Graduate

CTC: upto 6.5 lacs - i.e. 43000 per month + quarterly incentives.

Notice Period: Immediate to 15 days
