1. To control kitchen inventory
2. Menu Planning and engineering

Customer Responsibilities
1. Increase Guest Satisfaction and Create Loyal Guest
2. Increase Guest Memorable Experiences by delivering services

Operational Responsibilities:
1. Opening Section as per Standard
2. MIsa Check and Preparation
3. Prepare Order as per recipe and deliver on time
4. Check all material, equipment and Manpower
5. Receive and Store material as per HACCP Standards
6. Maintain Personal Hygiene
7. Report Spoilage and Cooked Food Recording
8. Banquet Planning and Food Preparation
9. Closing Section and Next Session Planning

Growth and Development
1. To complete all forms and reports on time.
2. To attend and Conduct Training 
3. To introduce new dishes
