Job Description
Provide data and reporting of KPIs and trends in ad-hoc, weekly, monthly and as needed. Should drive ticket deep dive and develop strategies for improvement. Work to make Service Desk (Service now) the single source of truth and service delivery channel for IT. Monitor and manage phone queue (participating in escalated calls as needed).

Responsible for contacting the appropriate support teams for any issues and establish communications if needed.

Train, coach and mentor service desk & computer room specialists including career development. Oversee staff activities & maintain a high performing team.

Troubleshoot hardware, software, network, and printing issues.
