Job Description
The position objective is to collect the payments from the overdue customers by placing outbound calls and servicing other digital means of communication.

Key responsibilities:

to answer customer queries via all communication channels.

to provide the best quality according to the company procedures.

to place outbound collection calls in order to recover the debts.

to maintain the quality of the loans by successful collection actions.

Expected experience:

0,5 years of experience in Call Center Collections.

Experience in Financial Institution will be an advantage.

Knowledge of basic financial products will be an advantage.

Computer literacy.

Education: Bachelor degree or beyond.

Expected personality:

Flexible working attitude.

Excellent communication skills, both verbal and in writing, 
preference will be given to Kannada and Telugu language speaking candidates.
Strong interpersonal and customer service skills.

Problem solver.

Excellent time manager.

Ability to perform under stress.
