Job Description
The Solution Consultant is the primary technical resource for the field sales force. This position will have primary responsibility for supporting sales in South Asia.

Responsible for actively driving and managing the technology evaluation stage of the sales process for Experience Cloud products, working in conjunction with the sales team as the key technical advisor and product advocate for our products.

The Solution Consultant must be able to articulate technology and product positioning to both business and technical users. Answer questions during the sales process through documentation, presentations, and demonstrations

Identifies all technical issues of assigned accounts to assure complete customer satisfaction through all stages of the sales process.

Establishes and maintains strong relationships throughout the sales cycle.

Provides enablement training, thought leadership and support to partners.

What you’ll do

Develop and deliver product presentations and demonstrations

Represent products to customers and at field events such as conferences, seminars,

Understand customer requirements and work with sales to craft an appropriate strategy to close the sale

Respond to functional and technical elements of RFIs/RFPs

Convey customer requirements to Product Management teams

Deliver product sales training to internal sales team as well as distributors and resellers

Occasionally, develop proof-of-concept applications using rapid prototyping techniques

Keep informed on industry news and trends, products, services, competitors, relevant information about legacy, existing, and emerging technologies, and the latest product-line developments.

What you need to succeed

4-8 years’ experience in technical sales of at least two or more Experience cloud solutions.

Great communication and presentation skills. Comfortable delivering presentations to large audiences as well as senior customer executives.

Expert in two or more of the following tech areas – Campaign, Multi-channel Campaign management, Cross channel Marketing, Email Marketing, Personalization & Optimization tools

Strong knowledge of product marketing and sales cycles.

Ability to travel up to 25% (within India/South Asia)

NOTE: Salairies To Be Offered With 80% Fixed and 20% Variable.
