Designation: Client Servicing
Experience:- Fresher/experience of minimum 2 years
Salary: Minimum of 15, 000 for fresher, will go up based on candidate s experience
Qualification:- Post Graduates, Preferably MBA or Graduates (BA/BE/B. tech/B. Sc )
Role: Management Trainees, Associate Project managers and Project Managers based on
qualifications and aptitude of the candidate
Learn and adhere policies and procedure
Should learn various tools and software s used by company
Be part of client servicing team and Become a main point of contact for clients for the
duration of their online market research projects
Build effective, professional working relationships with clients, leading to repeat business
Receive and review all materials related to a research project
Responsible for sampling using assets and proprietary sampling tools
Monitor progress of studies and take corrective action where needed
Able to anticipate potential issues and take pre- emptive or preventative action
Seek regular status updates from clients for the duration of a project
Continue to expand upon knowledge of online market research and best practices, while
1. Working knowledge of MS- Office (Outlook & Excel)
2. Excellent communication skills in English (written and verbal)
3. Good at problem solving
4. Quick learner and should be a little tech savvy
5. Open to work in rotational shifts (UK and US)
6. Should be able to work on the weekends as and when needed
7. High energy with ability to work in a fast- paced, dynamic and unstructured environment

Complaints Management- addressing customer complaints at the branch, system updation, coordination with Sales/HUB/ other functions for resolution.
Refunds processing and dispatch
Undelivered policy documents tracking and management.
Maintenance of all files and registers.
New Business Processing:-
Handling end to end New business processing starting from creation of Client id,Case start up, New business login, Follow up for policy issuance, Quality Check
Follow up with HUB for policy issuance of pending cases
