Job Description
Title – Client Servicing Executive

We consider Client Servicing executive as a strong link between clients and the agency. He/She is mainly responsible for the coordination of clients and creative staff.

He/she must understand their clients' needs and objectives and liaise closely with them on a daily basis ensures that advertising projects are completed on time.


Job Description:

Responsibilities

• Meeting and liaising with clients to discuss and identify their advertising requirements;

• Working with agency colleagues to devise an advertising campaign that meets the client's brief.

• Discussing possibilities along with agency colleagues and superiors the creative ideas to meet clients requirement

• Liaising with, and acting as the link between, the client and the advertising agency by maintaining regular contact with both,

• Ensuring that communication flows effectively and managing deadlines

• Presenting creative work to clients for approval or modification;

• Writing client reports;

• Arranging and attending meetings;

• Making 'pitches', along with other agency staff, to try to win new business for the agency.

Qualifications

• Graduation in any stream

• A degree / Diploma in the following subjects will be an added advantage

• Advertising;

• Business/management;

• Mass Communications;

• Marketing.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills;

• A proactive attitude, with the ability to use initiative;

• Excellent organizational skills;

• The ability to work under pressure and assimilate large quantities of information quickly, while maintaining attention to detail; drive;

• Flexibility

• Oral and written communication skills;

• Commercial awareness;

• IT literacy and an awareness of how the industry is developing in light of new communication technologies.

Work experience
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in relevant industry
