Asst. Manager Client Servicing
ABOUT COMPANY:An Event Management Company.


� Should have good communication skills with an ability to understand the brief

� Should be proficient in writing mails or any written communications

� Should be a good team player

� Should have good coordination skills

� Presentable with good personality

� Basic knowledge of computer software such as ms word, ms excel, ms power point, ms outlook

� Excellent time management and multi-Tasking skills

� Excellent interpersonal skills

� Relevant client servicing experience in the event industry for minimum 2 years

� Must own a laptop


� Retain and build great client relationship

� Grow & explore scope of business with clients

� Take appointments & fix meetings with new clients

� Present new & innovative ideas to client based on their requirements

� Present strategic plans to client

� Translate client brief to operations/ backend team

� Maintain communication & coordinate within various in house departments

� Monitor and track on ground activities

� A quick turnaround time and thinking one step ahead of the client is key
