Dear Candidate,

• HGS is hiring for its BPO arm in Noida for Customer relation officer profile for Inbound Customer Service program- If you are a graduate in any stream

Job Description:

• Answer calls professionally to provide information about products and services, take/ cancel orders, or obtain details of complaints.

• Keep records of customer interactions and transactions, recording details of inquiries, complaints, and comments, as well as actions taken. Process orders, forms and applications.

• Follow up to ensure that appropriate actions were taken on customers' requests.

• Refer unresolved customer grievances or special requests to designated departments for further investigation.

Willingness to work in Rotational Shifts (24x7)

Desired Profile:-

Customer Service Executive plays a critical role in providing an interface between customers and the client/company. We are looking for candidates who have good communications skills, interpersonal skills and can handle stress well. The candidate should possess good listening skills, and the ability to think quickly, to make a recommendation or solution to the customer's problem.

The major skills and competencies required for this role:

• Good communications skills

• Ability to listen and active problem solving skills

• Good interpersonal skills

• Ability to handle pressure

• Basic Computer knowledge

• Any Graduate

Salary: 16k in hand to 17.5K in hand + Incentives (0-3000) + PF + Medical benefits

Transport facility available for Odd hours (between 8 PM till 6 AM), for day time shuttle facility (Pick and drop) for nearest metro station as Noida city center and Vaishali.
