Job Description
Role: Client Service Executive

This role - Client Service Executive - provides service to our clients by executing project work as well as ensuring projects are tested and released to clients on time. The Client Service Account Executive responds to, helps diagnose problems through discussion with users and internal team members, and assists Client Operations Managers with project workloads. The Client Service Account Executive typically leads internal teams to ensure projects are executed at the highest quality level, on time, and within budget. The primary focus for the Client Service Executive is effective client co-ordination, efficient project management and issue resolution.

Requirements:

• Working with the backend of web based enterprise application used for marketing and advertising activities for products / services

• Tasks mainly involve updates to client implementation, manage and test various pieces of website and marketing material, auditing the content on ongoing basis and reporting usage on monthly, quarterly and yearly basis

• Assess client workload and identify tasks which can be successfully transitioned to the Client Service team

• Stay up-to-date on products and processes and relay relevant information to Client Service team in a timely manner

• Review project deliverables, ensuring adherence to quality standards and ensure project delivery timelines are met

• Testing for quality assurance including functional and creative project

• Release the project to end users after successful testing cycle is completed

• Manage and co-ordinate projects using a project tracking tool – JIRA

• Act as subject matter expert for assigned clients and identified tasks

• Attend internal team status meetings

• Detail-oriented with strong troubleshooting, analytical, and problem-solving abilities

• Provide feedback and recommendations to improve training, communication and on-going work.

• Must be available for a flexible work schedule to accommodate client deadlines

• Readiness to work in bi-weekly rotating shifts

Experience:

• Bachelor’s degree in Technical or Communication steam is must

• 2 to 4 years’ experience as a Client Service or Business Analyst or Project Lead

• Detail-oriented self-starter who manages time effectively

• Must possess a strong work ethic & have a team player mentality

• Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment

• Strong organization, project management and communication skills a must

• Strong troubleshooting, analytical, and problem-solving abilities

• Knowledge of Excel preferred (including formulas and standard data sorting and filtering)

• Technology experience preferred

• Self-starter, ability to work without direct supervision

• Must be thoroughly computer literate and able to learn new software quickly
