Job Description
Responsibilities:

Continuous interaction with the vendors and the clients based out of USA.

Excellent Communication Skill in English.

Job role will involve but not limited to back office operations, analysis, and email or phone communication with Vendors and Client.

Multitasking will be an essential requirement for this job role.

You should be a proactive problem solver who would understand and properly interpret the clients requirements and track the order system.

Exceptional handling of MS Office Suite, CRM & Web Based Applications with competent handling of phone calls and emails is required.

Managing Customer Service inquiries.

Convey accurate and required information to the Clients and/ or Vendors..

Desired Candidate Profile

Graduates with minimum 1 - 2 years of international BPO experience in voice process.

Excellent written and oral communication skills, judgment and decision making skills

should be flexible to work in night shifts
