Job Description
The key responsibilities of Client Relationship Manager include:

1. Line-up with developed sales plan – They must line-up with comprehensive sales plan with marketing strategies for each product line, customer demographic analysis, sales forecasts, and growth strategies and will also examine pricing structure, revenue goals, sales locations, customer retention strategies, advertising and team activities.

2. Line-up with developed sales strategy – Follow developed sales strategy to positioning the brand in the market. Maintains professional and technical knowledge by attending educational workshops; reviewing professional publications, establishing personal networks, benchmarking state-of-the-art practices, participating in professional societies.

3. Line-up with developed sales forecasts – The Client Relationship Manager must follow and distribute sales forecasts to the other departments which help to adjust production levels and organize logistics.

4. Line-up with sales and promotional events –The Client Relationship Manager must ensure these events are well-run and promote our services in the best way possible.

5. Develop relationships with key customers –The Client Relationship Manager must develop relationships with key customers to sell more products and ensure they remain happy. Maintains relationships with clients by providing support, information, and guidance to service improvements.

6. Analyze customer demographics and market trends – The Client Relationship Manager will analyze the demographics of both current and prospective customers. This information will be used for developing market strategies and new products. They will also analyze market trends to identify which kinds of products will be popular in the future.

7. Analyze competitors – The Client Relationship Manager must investigate and analyze competitors to identify new sales opportunities which help in develop products, promotional strategy and pricing to succeed in the marketplace. Identifies product improvements or new products by remaining current industry trends, market activities, and competitors.

8. Present sales reports to management – They must present sales reports to his Reporting Manager by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing information.

9. Supervise and help other staff – The Client Relationship Manager must ensure that the team is working productively to generate sales and develop marketing strategies. Contributes in team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.


They should have a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in marketing or business management.


• Experience in managing people, in organizing a team and assigning team roles.

• Experience in implementing marketing campaigns.

• They should be experienced in sales at many different levels in the Hospitality industry.

• Experience in preparing Sales report, researching markets and analyzing customer Experience in industry and understanding of how to sell products.

• Year of Experience: (3-5 years).


• Good written and communication skills

• Public speaking and Client Relationship skills

• Very personable and capable of persuading people

• Excellent sales and negotiation skills to meeting Sales Goals

• Team management and ability to motivate team member

• An innovative and creative person to emphasizing Excellence

• Presentation skills
