Qualification: Minimum 12th or graduate. Graduate in a Finance or Marketing field would be given a preference.
-Excellent communication skills and convincing power. A good understanding of human behavior, positive attitude towards client service, maturity and soft-spoken demeanor are non-negotiables. A fair command over spoken English is desirable.

-The selected person should be able to grasp financial terminologies and would be responsible for telephonically connecting with potential clients who’ve approached the company for availing the financial and other services of the company.

Refunds processing and dispatch
Undelivered policy documents tracking and management.
Maintenance of all files and registers.

Handling end to end New business processing starting from creation of Client id,Case start up, New business login, Follow up for policy issuance, Quality Check
Follow up with HUB for policy issuance of pending cases
