Job Description: Structural Analysis and Design / Detailed Engineering of Industrial Steel structures, Structure foundations, Pipe Racks, Equipment foundations for Oil and Gas, Chemical and Petrochemical plants.
Desirable- Have Knowledge and experience of American Codes and Standards Design different type of structures (steel and concrete). Design different type of connections using latest Indian and AISC Code. Design different type foundations viz. open foundation and pile footings. Design of Anchor bolts as per ACI-318 Good knowledge in using different international codes. Reviewing and checking of civil & structural detailed drawings. Reviewing & checking vendor/shop drawings. Site visits to understand and solve the issues for ease of construction. General knowledge of other disciplines like Piping, Mechanical, Electrical.
Technical skill : STAAD Pro, STAAD foundation ETabs SAP 2000 SAFE AutoCAD Good knowledge in MS-excel, MS-word, MS-PowerPoint Project Planning Management, MS project Html web design

Complaints Management- addressing customer complaints at the branch, system updation, coordination with Sales/HUB/ other functions for resolution.
Policy Servicing:-
Refunds processing and dispatch
Undelivered policy documents tracking and management.
Maintenance of all files and registers.
New Business Processing:-
Handling end to end New business processing starting from creation of Client id,Case start up, New business login, Follow up for policy issuance, Quality Check
Follow up with HUB for policy issuance of pending cases
