Experience -5 to 7 yrs  

• 5+ years of experience in virtualization technologies from Citrix, VMware and Microsoft

• Experience in troubleshooting virtualized production environment consisting of VDI, HSD

• Configure, Manage, Troubleshoot Citrix XenApp environment

• Configure, Manage, Troubleshoot Citrix XenDesktop environment

• Configure, Manage, Troubleshoot Citrix StoreFront environment

• Configure, Manage, Troubleshoot Citrix PVS environment

• Configure, Manage, Troubleshoot Citrix XenServer environment

• Configure, Manage, Troubleshoot Citrix WEM environment

• Configure, Manage, Troubleshoot Citrix NetScaler environment

• Configure, Manage, Troubleshoot VMware vSphere environment

• Configure, Manage, Troubleshoot VMware Horizon environment

• Configure, Manage, Troubleshoot VMware Composer environment

• Configure, Manage, Troubleshoot VMware Gateway environment

• Install, Configure, Manage, Troubleshoot Windows Server 2K8, 2K12, 2K16 operating system

• Configure, Manage, Troubleshoot MS Hyper-V environment

• Configure, Manage, Troubleshoot Active Directory environment

• Configure, Manage AD GPOs in the environment

• Configure, Manage user profiles in the environment

• Troubleshoot user login issues

• Troubleshoot user slowness issues

• Responsible for preparation of SOP, KEDB etc.

• Interact with product support vendors and work with them to resolve infrastructure issues

• Interact with multiple teams (Application, Network, Storage, Database, 3rd party vendors etc.) to check and fix the issues

• Experience on working with Cloud environment – MS Azure, AWS etc. would be an advantage

• Certifications preferred – MCITP, ITIL

• Install, Configure, Manage, Troubleshoot VMware Composer environment

• Install, Configure, Manage, Troubleshoot VMware Gateway environment
