Location – Pune

Exp: 3+ years 

Mandatory: Wintel and Vmware, Citrix Netscalers, vulnerability remediation activities


Typically possesses 4 years of experience as system admin

• Working knowledge with Citrix – basic concepts, Publishing applications, basic troubleshooting , Netscaler functionality,etc.

• Working knowledge with Microsoft Identity technologies including Active Directory, Windows File Services, and Group Policies

• knowledge of AD, ADFS, PKI in Windows Server 2008, Windows Server 2012+.

• knowledge of DNS, DHCP, WINS, DFS, WSUS in a Windows 2008 and 2012 landscape.

• Experience with infrastructure and server theories, principles and concepts; application infrastructure and standards; networking fundamentals; Windows; Physical Server architecture; Virtualization Technologies (e.g. VMware, HyperV) and LAN/WAN/Firewall/VPN network technologies.

• Develops, documents, and enforces the standards, security procedures, and controls for access to ensure integrity of the Windows Systems, Active Directory, and related systems.

• Knowledge of server virtualization technologies, preferably VMware and/or Microsoft technologies

• Knowledge of version, revision control, & change management practices and procedures

• Excellent customer service, troubleshooting, and documentation skills, will be very visible in this position

• Understanding and follow incident management and change management processes (Must)

• Owns a specific Incident from initial report to resolution (Must)

• Keep track of daily, weekly and monthly reports on incident and RCAs. (Must)

• Resolving incidents within the SLA window and having good knowledge about SLA/SLPs (Must)

• Good Understanding in ITIL and process (Must)
