Roles and Responsibility :

Role reporting into: Group Managing Director
No of Reportees: 4
Nature of experience: A leader from services industry organizations lead visioning, strategy and its seamless execution. She/ he should have led a highly competent and motivated team working with clear goals and contributing towards making of a sustainable business venture of the future. The incumbent should have a proven as a leader position from Service Industry with exposure to businesses like co-working/co-living spaces, hotel BD and operations, serviced apartments, sports sales and operations in urban areas, etc.
Job Responsibilities / Accountabilities:
  • A dreamer who can draw a highly encouraging road map for and develop high quality business strategies and plans ensuring their alignment with short-term and long-term objectives

  • Strategy & Process
  • Oversee all operations and business activities to ensure they produce the desired results and are consistent with the overall strategy and mission
  • Adaptability and accountability to own End to End business processes

  • Financials
  • Analyze problematic situations and occurrences and provide solutions to ensure company survival and growth

  • People
  • Lead and motivate subordinates to advance employee engagement develop a high performing managerial team

  • Stakeholder Management
  • Review financial and non-financial reports to devise solutions or improvements. Build trust relations with key partners and stakeholders and act as a point of contact for important stakeholders/directors
  • Make high-quality investing decisions to advance the business and increase profits
  • Enforce adherence to legal guidelines and in-house policies to maintain the companys legality and business ethics

  • Technical Competencies:
  • Strong understanding of service standards and performance management principles
  • Analytical abilities and problem-solving skills
  • In-depth knowledge of corporate governance and general management best practices
  • Maintain a deep knowledge of the markets and industry of the company
