Job Description
Responsibilities -- You will be provided the leadership and assume responsibility and accountability for the overall strategic and operational planning of the group

Specific responsibilities will include, but not limited to the following: Oversee the business operations, finances and strategic planning, and ensure that group operates according to its values and vision

Lead the organization in developing, communicating and implementing its policies, plans and programs with its internal and external stakeholders, as well as government agencies

Manage and monitor the development and performance of each business unit and ensure they perform in accordance with objective plan and company mission

Establish a culture of collaboration and integration that enhances the provision of excellent care and improved patient satisfaction, provides a safe employee and patient care environment, and supports innovation and creativity

Drive operational efficiency and effectiveness with implementation of appropriate work process improvement, cost saving and process control initiatives in work place

Identify new opportunities for expansion and growth

Lead and drive culture change and organizational change in response to corporate change strategies in work place

Build effective and efficient teams to support business growth; develop and foster future leaders to drive business excellence in each function unit

Ensure organizations compliance to laws and regulatory requirements

Monitor, analyze and report on performance to Board of Directors

Requirements -- Preferably with at least 10 years of working experience in Pharma industry

Selfdriven personality with strong business acumen in strategic planning capabilities

Demonstrated leadership abilities, integrity and honesty with good foresight and business acumen
