Job Description
Job Roles and Responsibilities :-

The CPG (Corporate Planning Group) has been planned as team comprising of 4 to 5 members at present and helping the Chairman/MD’s Office in the following activities. The Group which at present is growing very fast in its forte and expanding faster into other areas is looking for self-motivated professional with a zeal to excel and take challenges.

The persons we are looking to be part of the team should have specialization in any or more of the below criterion and workable understanding of the other areas.

All these activities will be performed for both NG & INDUSTRIES (ON-GOING).

PLANNING AND BUDGETING -

1. Clear idea of Budgeting for all types of Business, should be able to project the future budgets.

2. Should be able to construct a realistic budget from assessing old data and USER feedback.

3. Knowledge of variance analysis with Budgets and suggesting changes to the Users for adherence to budgeted costs.

4. Participate in development of SOP for different operational areas and review the existing ones for better management.

PROJECT MANAGEMENT AND APPRAISALS OF THE NEW INITIATIVES -

1. Should be able to appraise new proposals and investments planned as to their viability.

2. Once the project is on the roll should be able to coordinate with the different parties like the Consultants, the Contractors the Vendors and also the Company team.

3. Should be able to verify the variances of the projected development and costs with the actual figures.

FINANCIAL ANALYSIS -

1. Preparation of PL and BS in the SAP environment.

2. Analysis of the PL and BS

3. Preparation of MIS based on the PL and BS with the major indicators for the Board.

4. Guiding the Accountants of the Units for proper process in Accounting.

5. Coordination with the Auditors and ensuring compliance of the Audit observations.

6. Performing or undertaking internal/investigative Audit on requirement.

OPERATIONS MANAGEMENT -

1. The team member may at times have to be part of the operations of a particular entity and should have relevant experience in managing the day to day operations if felt necessary.

2. So experience in the different parts of operations like Production, Accounting, Sales & Marketing, Factory Maintenance etc will be an added advantage.

RECRUITMENT AND TRAINING-

The Recruitment and Training is a continuous process, so the CPC team members will be required to be able to identify the right candidate for the right job and also train him for the same.
