Job Description
  • Job Title: Champion: Territory Sales
  • Location: Goa 
  • Minimum exp. 1 to 6 years 
  • Department name: Sales and Marketing

Essential Job Function
  • The most important criteria for the job is your passion and a strong desire to deliver on customer satisfaction! 
  • You will follow the Tenets of the distribution business laid down by the company to achieve Distribution & Redistribution targets of the territory by visiting Retail Outlets as per PJP and generating targeted orders. 
  • You have to ensure achievement of Monthly Doors targets through exhaustive mapping of all markets in the territory and scheduled updating of the Market Map 
  • Category Wise Sales Targets are to be achieved and range representation should be as per outlet's potential, regularly adding range in all outlets and tracking shelf offtake 
  • Ensure products, brand headers and other POS VM material are displayed at prominent locations. 
  • Mannequins & show windows should also have our products displayed 
  • Train Distributor Sales Team and Retail Store Staff on ZEVEN Product Knowledge & Selling Skills 
  • Conduct regular Competition studies and report the insights to management 
  • Oversee execution of territory specific events of National Marketing initiatives & assist in Execution of BTL activations 

Desired Skills and Experience
  • Should preferably have at least 1 year experience in sales distribution in Footwear / Apparel. 
  • Experience in the FMCG industry is also fine. 
  • Should be a graduate from any stream.
