Job Description
Tech & Func Skills 7+ experience:

• Responsible to oversee all technical teams that are involved in a Service

• Drive cooperation and performance of the technical teams for a specific Service

• Interface with Service Desk in case of incidents/problems/changes.

• Strong Technical knowledge on End user computing products like primary –SCCM, Bit locker.

• Strong People Management Skills.

• Able to handle Client communication and Escalation.

• Understanding of ITIL.

• Driving Continues Service Improvement of the Service(s)

• Strong Communication Skills and Email Writing Skills. Knowledge about End user computing and managing 15+ FTE experience.

• Responsible for the management of ongoing contractual relationships and the operational delivery of services to clients for an account or group of accounts.

• Serves as the prime point of contact to the Operations regarding overall and day-to-day service delivery. Takes primary responsibility for Operations.

• Knowledge on technologies like User Management and windows build.
