Job Description
As a Category Manager, you will focus on delivering exceptional sales and margin growth for the categories that you are responsible by acquiring new clients/retailers as well as manage existing retailers/partners as per the assigned categories to accomplishing sales target with

consultative approach focusing on creation of various attractive deals and offers according to requirement and business objective.

Require to conduct primary and secondary research to identify the offers/deals that should be built with partners/retailer for making these brands a success; Work closely with the partners to transit an idea into offers/deals for customer benefits and final display of offer to attract more customers.

Maintaining relationship with all the clients including the store managers & staff. Identifying potential clients from all categories & bring them on board for their brand promotions by consulting them for various deals options available at Freedeem platform.

New business development & Increasing market share continuously by preparing and proposing customize deals/offers to the clients/retailers as per their business objective and industry segment that enable consumer success for the Freedeem. Also developing trust relationships with a portfolio of major clients to ensure they should continue on Freedeem Platform.

Making a plan of action, Pre-call preparation and maintaining accurate sales reports (Daily, weekly, and monthly). Preparing MIS, Reports & other presentation for internal reviews.
