Exp - 6 months for International Voice / L2 experience in escalation with excellent comms.

Salary 18k tk home to 38k take home(2lac -4.7lac CTC) + 2.2(HDFC food card)

Shift- Rotational with one way cab. 5 days wrking 2 days rotational off.

 L3 Escalation desk senior executive

Sal -  max sal 40k with food coupons

Lang - Excellent English & Hindi MANDATORY

Exp- Fresher's/ Experience with excellent written skills n comms.

1. Conduct verifications of stated credentials given by client for their candidates or vendors

2.Summarize the information obtained in a concise manner and ensure documentation is done as per the standard operating procedures (SOPs) as defined by respective teams

3.Perform on business specific KPIs of productivity and quality targets

4.Maintain trackers and master logs on real time basis

5.Successful completion of client engagement deliverables in line with appropriate time-lines and adhering to pre-defined methodologies, ensuring high quality work delivery

6.Demonstrate ability to assimilate new knowledge with respect to process changes

7.Monitor progress and ensure that supervisors are kept informed about progress and expected outcomes

Skills required :

*Good communication skills (written & verbal)

*Basic understanding of IT systems, MS office (MS Excel, Power Point, Word etc.)

*Ability to work well in teams

*Any experience into verifications domain would be an added advantage.

· Deed Reports: Grantor & Grantee, Judgments, Liens or Additional Mortgages, Recorded Deed, Quit Claim Deed or Deed of Trust

· Taxes: Calling county office to verify the taxes for the current or previous year

· Title Review: Reviewing all Mortgage documents. Eg: Appraisal Documents, E&O, Title Commitment, Final Title Policy, Insurance & Recorded Deed

Shifts: Rotational

Experience: 18 months mandatory

Salary: Up to 4lakhs

Date of Joining: Immediate

Process 2 :

· Freedom Calling: 3rd Party Processor

· Any Origination Experience – Mid Skill: Pre Closing / Post Closing

· Mortgage experience + Voice quality

Shifts: Rotational

Experience: 24 months mandatory

Salary: Up to 4lakhs

Responsibilities include:

*Maintain a working knowledge of US Mortgage Origination closing procedures, federal and state lending laws.

*Interpret state rules, statute laws, federal regulations & investor guidelines and apply them to specific loans.

*Review mortgage loan documents (closing and disclosures) in the loan file.

*Review loan file for compliance with all regulatory and clients guidelines/overlays.

*Audit the file from a closing & compliance
