Job Description
- To manage inbound calls in a timely manner from Patients

- Identify customers’ needs, clarify information, research every issue and provide solutions and/or alternatives

- Update patient’s insurance information in the system and then re-bill to the new insurance carrier. If requested update patient’s address in the system

- Should undergo continues training to get updated on the process changes


Key Deliverable:
- Ability to multi-task, set priorities and manage time effectively

- Should be able to maintain the calm while dealing difficult situations in a professional manner effectively

Knowledge Skill Sets:
- Excellent interpersonal, written, and oral communication skills

- Excellent listening skills and the ability to ask probing questions, understand concerns, and overcome objections

- Ability to learn and navigate new software quickly

- Ability to type 30 wpm+


Relevant Years of Exp. 1 to 3 years

Preferred Industry Healthcare Industry / International Call Center

Job Location: Bangalore
