Counseling around 100 customers over the phone every day who have downloaded DocsApp, Following up with them and converting them into sales.

Influencing consumer choice and preference of service by following a prepared script to give relevant specialty information.

Maintaining procedures, processes, and quality on all the calls.

Expedite the resolution of customer problems and complaints to maximize satisfaction

Achieve sales targets

Key Qualifications:

1-3 years of sales experience.

Good communication skills and proficiency in English and Hindi.

Good interpersonal skills.

Highly motivated and target driven with a proven track record in sales.

Team player.

Experience in Health Care domain will be preferred.

Excellent selling and negotiation skills

Relationship management skills and openness to feedback

Knowledge of MS office.

Qualification : Any Grads with Min 6 months of Sales Experience
