Versant Cutoff score is 60 for Level 3 Candidates only and for Level 2/Social Media team's Versant Cutoff score is 60

Level 2 Escalation - Minimum 1 plus year of experience handling escalation calls & Chat ( Education : 12th or 10+ 3 yrs Diploma Mandatory) Salary Band - 3.5 Lac to 4.8 Lac ( 25K to 33K + 2.2k Food Card/Per month Take Home)

Level 2 Escalation - Should be Excellent in Spoken & Written English and Fluent in Spoken Hindi Language Mandatory

Social Media Executive/ Sr Executive (Fresher/ Experience) - ( Education : 12th or 10+ 3 yrs Diploma Mandatory) Salary Band for Fresher (2.8 Lac- K + 2.2k Food card : 20K/take home -per month) and Experienced 3.8 Lac to 4.5 Lac ( 28K to 33K + 2.2k Food Card/Per month Take Home)

Social Media (ORM Team) We are willing to accomodate Freshers with Excellence communication & Passionate to work on Social Media response (Hindi not mandatory)

Note : We will Prioritise immediate Joinee candidates & we are also willing to buyout notice period for a Level 2 and Social Media candidates only
